Meaning in Motion
Circumnavigating the globe for Mens mental health
01.
Logos takes its name from the Greek word for meaning, the heart of Viktor Frankl's belief that people can endure almost anything once they find a reason to.
Founded by coach and lifelong adventurer Walid Abuhaidar and filmmaker Simon Tucker, we've spent decades testing that idea on mountains, oceans and deserts across 64 countries. But the toughest challenges we've faced haven't always been physical.
Men's mental health is a cause that sits close to home for both of us. Simon spent his childhood crippled by anxiety, turning down trips and opportunities because the fear of leaving home was too much. Walid has seen friends and teammates pushed to their limits, and knows how much it matters to have someone beside you when things get hard.
Like so many men, we've watched people we care about struggle quietly, feeling unable to say they weren't okay. One of us was born to push limits; the other had to learn to leave home. Both of us discovered that meaning, connection and the courage to speak up are what get you through. Now we're sailing around the world to help more men find all three.

Logos is a round-the-world voyage under sail, raising money for men's mental health charities. Over months at sea, we'll cross oceans, weather storms and face long stretches of isolation, the same kind of challenges, physical and mental, that so many men face in everyday life, often without anyone to share them with.
Every nautical mile we cover is a step towards breaking that silence. At every port, we'll host a live event with a local coach sharing their own story: the lows, the turning points and what helped them find their way back. These aren't lectures or polished talks. They're honest, human conversations designed to show that struggle is normal, that no one has to face it alone, and that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
Simon will film the entire journey, at sea and on shore, so these stories reach far beyond the harbour and into the homes of men who need to hear them. Follow the voyage, join us at a port event, or support the cause, and help us keep the conversation going around the world.
