Coaching

Let's Work Together

Life is difficult, its more difficult if you’re alone. Our coaching is based on Frankl’s approach that we are not the painters, but the opticians. We will work as your guide so that you chose and stay on the right path in life. We will help you identify your personal weakness, name, your values, be responsible to those values, and act according to a defined and purposeful meaning. We will help you focus your vision so that the path you take is the right one for you.

Our Process

01 / Deconstruct Old Thinking

What it means: You’ll identify entrenched beliefs, mental models, and automatic reactions that keep you stuck.

Map out core assumptions shaping your choices. Challenge cognitive biases and all-or-nothing thinking. Replace limiting narratives with growth-oriented perspectives.

How it works in practice:

Thought-disruption sessions using reflective prompts, journaling, and cognitive reframing exercises. Rapid-cycle experiments to test beliefs in real life (e.g., trying a new boundary around work, rethinking risk tolerance). Structured debriefs to reveal hidden decision drivers (fear, pride, habit).

Outcomes you can expect:

Increased cognitive flexibility and quicker adaptation to change. Reduced self-sabotage patterns and clearer action plans. A practical mental toolkit to approach tough decisions with curiosity.

02 / Integrate (Meaning driven Logo-therapy)

What it means: Coaching anchored in logotherapy’s core questions—What matters? What is meaningful to you? How does your life align with that meaning?

How it works in practice:

Meaning discovery sessions to uncover purpose across work, relationships, and personal growth. Values alignment work to ensure daily actions reflect your core meaning. Modern, practical logo-therapy techniques, including meaning centred goal setting and future-oriented prioritisation.

Outcomes you can expect:

A clear sense of purpose guiding decisions, reducing burnout and increasing motivation. Stronger resilience as meaning anchors you during stress. Clarity on long-term commitments, enabling intentional career and lifestyle choices.

03 / Implement (Changes in Thought and Attitude with Guidance

What it means: Turning insights into durable behavior by shaping inner mindset and outward actions in lockstep.

How it works in practice:

Structured implementation plans that translate insights into daily routines, habits, and conversations. Personal accountability frameworks with milestones, metrics, and regular check-ins. Practices to cultivate constructive self-talk, tempered risk-taking, and adaptive optimism.

Outcomes you can expect:

Consistent application of new thinking to real-world scenarios (career progression, relationships, health, entrepreneurship). Increased autonomy in managing stress, uncertainty, and competing demands. A repeatable process you can reuse across life stages.
